In this project, the candidate entrepreneur team was formed with a domestic and foreign offices by a request of the offering country enterprise. And, the project application report, which consisted of a long term airport maintenance master plan, airport management plan, business scheme, and phasing maintenance plan, were made.
In this project, 100 million annual users are assumed in the future, and it aims at the conversion to the international hub airport. At the planning process, establishment of new runway and the airport layout plan, according to increased demand of airport are studied. And architectural plan, which shifts existing domestic and international terminals to new terminals, accordingly, were designed.
Also determined were equipment and management plan, which attempts improvement of work efficiency and shortening required time while replacing airport equipment accordingly.
And physical distribution plan, which is integrated with the rail cargo and expressway freight, the peripheral land use plan as an airport city, airport management business scheme, and financial plan were mutually adjusted and comprehensively planned.
